The “Gateway to the East” was created at the Rhon Porcelain Factory in Stadtlengsfeld, Germany, to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall. (Porcelain on a brick foundation, 12’h)

An architectural installation containing an aqueduct, key hole arch and fountain. Created in collaboration with the staff and students of Otago Polytechnic for the New Zealand/Australia ceramics conference. Installed in a building atrium, 125’ x 140’.

The “Chess Piece Piazza” which was composed of three large chess pieces and exhibited in the Smithtown Art Center’s garden. “Soul Rock” was made of tile and stone on cement. (63” high)
